1. Definitions:

  • “Company” refers to Luxora Chauffeur.
  • “Client” refers to the individual or entity booking the chauffeur service.
  • “Chauffeur” refers to the Company’s employed driver.
  • “Booking” refers to the confirmed arrangement for chauffeur services.
  • “Service” refers to the provision of chauffeur-driven transportation.

2. Booking and Confirmation:

  • Bookings can be made via our website, email, or telephone.
  • A Booking is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or verbal confirmation from the Company.
  • The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete booking information, including pickup location, destination, date, time, and contact details.

3. Payment

  • Payment is due as specified in the booking confirmation.
  • Accepted payment methods include [List payment methods, e.g., credit card, bank transfer, corporate account].
  • The Company reserves the right to charge for any additional services or waiting time incurred.
  • Standard waiting times are 20 minutes for regular pickups and 1 hour for airport. Charges will be applied for extended times.

4. Cancellation and Amendments:

  • Cancellations must be made in writing or by telephone and confirmed by the Company.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation fee of 100%. 50% will be invoiced for cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Cancellations made later than 24 hours will not incur any charges.
  • No-shows will be charged the full reservation fare.

5. Chauffeur and Vehicle:

  • The Company will provide a professional and licensed Chauffeur and a suitable vehicle for the Service.
  • The Company reserves the right to substitute a vehicle or Chauffeur if necessary.
  • The Chauffeur will adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • The Chauffeur has the right to refuse service to any Client who is deemed to be intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.

6. Client Responsibilities:

  • The Client is responsible for their conduct and the conduct of their passengers.
  • The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their passengers.
  • The Client must inform the Company of any special requirements or luggage restrictions at the time of booking.
  • The client is responsible for their personal belongings.
  • The company is not liable for lost or forgotten items.

7. Liability:

  • he Company is not liable for any delays caused by traffic congestion, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • The Company’s liability is limited to the cost of the Service.
  • The company is not liable for any consequential loss.
  • Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit the company’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

8. Force Majeure:

  • The Company is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or civil unrest.  

9. Privacy:

  • The Company will collect and process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

10. Amendments:

  • The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

11. Complaints:

  • Any complaints should be made in writing to the company within 7 days of the service date.
